Kulas Big Boy Milestones

December 3, 2012. It was a day of your milestones.


Mommy decided that you stay at home until we get back to Philippines for our Christmas Vacation. I left you in the care of your second dads, Tito Edward and Tito Bryan.

The pain of leaving you is still fresh as if this is the first time we separate.

Morning Routine, I prepared all the necessaries for you for the whole day. Prepared your water for bathing. Milk and Rice for breakfast. Fruits and Juices. The thing is I forgot to prepare your Lunch!!!

Mommy has to rush to order online from KFC. You said you like the Chicken Mushroom. Luckily, Tito Edward has some extra cash to pay for your lunch.

I call you every now and then.

When I arrived at home, there are so many stories about what you did. J

Proud Mommy Moment #01

As I said, I prepared your change clothes and water for your bathing. When Tito Bryan went out of the room, he saw you already dressed up with your new clean clothes. You did bathe all by yourself!!! This is really awesome Kulas!!! There is so much pride in my heart.

When the food from KFC Delivery came in, you tried to hand over $2.00 to Tito Edward for payment. Wahaha. This made me laugh. Truly, you are such a clever little man. Do not worry, Mommy did paid Tito Edward when she arrived home. J

You spilled water on your shorts. Instead of crying, you go to our room, change your shorts and tada! Done all by yourself. Weeeeh!

This made me think, that you are really ready for a bigger role. Ahem.

Back Tracking 2010

Dearest Gab,

Two years na si mommy na di man lang nagpost ng tungkol sa iyo. Hmmm. Ito na naman ako, trying to revive my dedicated blog for you.

You had your first ever haircut, very good ka pa dito. Sa laki ba nman ng gunting ni kuya, ewan ko lang. Honestly, I am proud of you that you did not even cried during the whole session. Good Job Kulas. :)

Ayan ang first ever swimming pool mo..courtesy of Tita Jill, sayang di na naabutan ni yana dahil nasira na. Hehe,

We went to Singapore Zoo before going back to Philippines. This is the time that mommy has decided to take a break and almost give up Singapore. We have to be away from Daddy for like 2 months. :(

February Adventures

Dearest Little Man,

These last three months have been the most challenging months for us ever. Last February, mommy was able to have a job to support our stay in Singapore. Yet, we went to the same old question.

Who will be taking care of you?

Luckily, Tita Joy stayed here for a 2 month unplanned vacay. Although, she was here, she needs to "train" some therapist in her company. So, mommy still needs to look for another person to take care of you. For this month, you got, Cristy, Cheryl and Lhen.

Cristy, was one of the worst baby sitter. She took care..ooops! She stayed with you for only 2 days. Why is that so? Because, on the second she already had you a wound on your lips. The reason why you had it? She explained you bumped into other kids while you were in the playground. Which mommy did not bother to have her explain further. Do not want to trust her as she did not told mommy immediately. Your lips can tell it all. :(

Anyway, this is one of the lesson mommy has to learn.

Cheryl, for another is okay. But she got problems with her auntie, so to make the story short. We would have gotten her if only she do not have much family problems.

Lhen, also is a nice babysitter. She comes only for 3 days with her hubby. But Tita Joy volunteered that she stays with you.

You had been food poisoned this month. Mommy had to take a leave. Must be a sign for mommy to have thoughts of not leaving you. :)

February for one, is a good year. Daddy had his pass approved. Yehey! That means, financially, we are secured for the next two years.

Two Countries in January

2010 is a great year for us dear. Should be. 2009 was hard enough and I really do not want that to happen.

Anyway, I was just amazed that we went to two countries beside Singapore this month. Early part of the month, we went to Indonesia and make our usual thing. (to go out of SG). It was an addition to the growing number of countries that you have visited. We stayed in a hotel there and you enjoyed the pool so much.




The beach is not as good as what we have back in the Philippines. Mommy plans that we go back to PI so we can visit our very beautiful beaches. Philippines is a country you should be proud of, baby. And mommy would always teach and make you feel how proud she is that she is a filipina. That you are a Filipino.




Yesterday, we had our 7th exit to Malaysia! You have been to Malaysia 7 times baby!!! ahehe. We were detained there for a while as we are questioned that we will only make a U-turn. Hmmm..luckily when we go back to SG, it was as smooth. No questions asked why are we staying or going back to SG.

All in all. January is a great month to start our year! And this year will be a great year!

December 2009's Last Sunday Moment

You and Daddy had your quite late breakfast at around 9am coz we overslept. You look so cute eating Mami with Daddy and copying whatever he teaches you.

Late in the afternoon, we went to Lot One, a mall near Choa Chu Kang MRT. There is a Roof Garden and you played with the water. As always, you always follow Mommy wherever she goes. That is why later on, you are all wet coz you got confused with the fountains. Haha. Poor little you.

After that, you never stop. We let you play eventhough you do not have extra clothes.




All in all, this is what mommy loves, seeing and being with you and Daddy on Sundays.

Happiness is what I felt at the end of the day. Thank you anak!

Countdown to 2010

Hi Gab,

This is mommy's first ever post to your blog. I have been planning to create this since you were born. It was just now, that I have to urge myself to finally start this. And because our memories together are really precious to me..to us, with Daddy.

I shall write my thoughts, feelings, emotions and whatever comes to my mind about you. I just hope that you read this when time comes that you are busy creating and making your OWN life.

2009 was a struggle for both of us. Mommy has to work here in Singapore full time. It was very painful to you and mommy to be separated. But I know and believe that it will be good for us. Although, Mommy's lifetime wish was to fully take care of you up until you can stand for your own living, Mommy has to work and help Daddy build our dream.

With everything that we have right now, and with you being around. All the struggles that Mommy and Daddy had gone through are truly worth it.

It is because your smile, your laughter, your cries, and even your naughtiness amazes us..and reminds us always us to thank Him for giving us a son in you.

Anak, my ultimate wish for you is for you to become just the person God wants you to be..no more..no less..just be who you are..and we are here to support all of your dreams, ambitions and aspirations, all of us, together with the people around you, who loves you so much.
